We rented electric bikes for a full day, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great route suggestions and patiently assisting us with setting up the route in the Komoot app. Highly recommended!

The most amazing experience to ride bikes through the hills, vineyards and cutest towns in all of Europe. Highly recommend this company as they are professional (everything is better than advertised), informative, and beyond kind and understanding!!! Top notch!!!

Excellent experience renting an e-bike from here. They spoke excellent English, very friendly and had good advise about which route to take given my limited time and the bike itself was well maintained. The route was lovely, cycling through the vineyards and quaint little towns. A must do in Kaysersberg in my opinion. I was lucky to get a bike at the last minute (thanks to a cancellation), I would book ahead.

Fantastic two guys: know their stuff! If you want no frills and straight super bicycles with great advice and super friendly service, this is it. One of our crew had an accident in the vineyards and all it took was one quick call to Alsa Cyclo and they were onsite in 10 minutes with the van to transport the damaged bike and take her to the doctors....

Great experience! The staff were helpful & kind. They got our family of 5, including kids, fitted for bikes & helmets. They had us download their app with a map that was super helpful. We went on a beautiful ride through the vineyards and through several small French villages. We were mostly riding on bike paths & small roads without many cars. There were different routes to choose from, we went 20 km. One of the highlights of our European vacation! Be sure to reserve your bikes a head of time if possible! We reserved ours that morning, but they were having to turn others away when we were there.
