Unbelievable experience! Super friendly staff helped explain everything thoroughly and got us set up on the app to use preplanned routes. My husband used chat GPT in advance but when we got the app downloaded it was so straightforward and so easy we quickly abandoned the chat gpt plan! We had 2 kids and 2 adults and there were some strenuous parts but it was core family memories for sure! I was so happy they had bikes sized appropriately for kids because my 9 year would not have wanted to be in a backseat carrier.

Traveling through the vineyards and medieval towns was a once in a lifetime experience đŸ„–đŸ‡«đŸ‡·â™„ïž loved it!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience! Friendly and helpful service, with great advice on routes and everything needed included for the day (helmet, lock, panniers). The e-bikes were high-performing, comfortable, and had excellent battery life. They recommended a really useful App for cycling safely and enjoy the landscape through the vineyard. Fast communication, fair prices, and great attention to customers. Highly recommended!

Exploring Alsace by e-bike was a highlight of our two weeks in Europe! We were staying Kaysersberg and walked over to Alsa to rent bikes. They suggested a route, and set us up with an app to navigate. The bikes, navigation, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. The route led north through vineyards and five picturesque medieval towns. We explored charming Riquewihr and stopped for lunch in Ribeauvillé. On our return, we passed through fields with storks. It was such a fun and memorable day, even with some rain. I could not recommend Alsa more highly!

Cycling between vineyards and beautiful villages was a great experience for the whole family. They had perfect bikes for all of us, including for the kids aged 7 to 11. The host was incredibly helpful and service-minded, and the app with the GPS track was very user-friendly. Highly recommended.
